What follows is an explanation of Intelligence-Soft’s policy for protecting user’s personal information. This document explains the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. Please read the following statement to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of the Web sites owned and operated by Intelligence-Soft.

Our sites contain links to other Web sites over which we have no control. Intelligence-Soft is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other Web sites to which you choose to link from one of Intelligence-Soft Web sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those other Web sites so you can understand how they collect, use and share your information. This Privacy Statement applies solely to the information we collect on Intelligence-Soft Web sites, and does not apply to information we collect in any other fashion.

Gathering of Information

Intelligence-Soft gathers following types of information about users:

  • Data that users provide through optional, voluntary submission on several of our Web pages, for example, through the feedback form at the Contact Us page.
  • Aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. Intelligence-Soft Web servers automatically collect information about a site user’s IP address, browser type and referrer by reading this information from the user’s browser (information provided by every user’s browser). This information is collected in a database and used in an aggregated, anonymous manner in our internal analysis of traffic patterns within our Web site. This information is automatically logged by most Web sites.
  • Search terms entered in our search function as one of many measures of what interests our visitors. But we don’t track which terms a particular user enters.

Such information enables us to better tailor our content to Web site visitor’s needs and helps us to understand the demographics of our audience in order to offer the best possible service to our clients.

Cookies

A cookie is a data file that certain Web sites write to your computer’s hard drive when you visit such sites. A cookie file can contain information, such as a user identification code, that the site uses to track the pages you have visited. Intelligence-Soft uses cookies solely to track user traffic patterns throughout our Web sites. We use this data on an anonymous basis and we do not correlate this information with personal data of any user.

Most Web site browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to display a warning before accepting a cookie, or to refuse all cookies. However, if you choose to disable the receipt of cookies from our Web site, you may not be able to use certain features of the site.

Use of Information

Our primary goal in collecting user information is to enhance your experience on our Web sites. We achieve this goal by, among other things, developing future editorial content based on your interests. To develop content targeted to your interests, we use aggregated user information to determine which areas of our Web site users prefer based upon traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but instead how well each page or content area performs overall.

We have several areas where you can submit feedback. Any feedback you submit in one of these areas becomes our property, and we can use such feedback (such as success stories) for marketing purposes or to contact you for further information.

We do not disclose to third parties your personal information, combined personal and demographic information or information about your use of Intelligence-Soft Web sites (such as the areas you visit or the services you access), except the cases when we believe, in good faith, that the disclosure is required by law.

Security

Intelligence-Soft has implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

Changes to Privacy Statement

If we decide to change our Privacy Statement, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and to whom we will disclose it.
