	POSITIVE OPINION. Quality of the software products delivered by offshore software development companies located in Russia, India and some other countries is very high, usually even higher than the quality of Western products. Why? Because their programmers and project managers are experienced and well-educated and many companies in these countries are ISO9000 and/or CMM certified.
	NEUTRAL OPINION. Quality of the software products delivered by offshore software development companies does not differ essentially from that of Western products.
	NEGATIVE OPINION. Bad project management skills and lack of experience in offshore software development companies result in poor quality of their products and services.
